2999 Baji Terms & Conditions — Everything explained in plain English

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 2999 Baji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "2999") website and application. By creating an account or using any of our services on 2999 Baji, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2999 Baji operates under an international license, and all activities are conducted in compliance with applicable international regulations.

Eligibility Requirements

To open an account with 2999 Baji, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must not be a resident of any country where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You have not previously been banned from 2999 Baji.
• All information you have provided is true and accurate.

One Account Policy

Each individual may only One manage an account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, or device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

2999 Baji complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory in the following cases:

• For your first withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more
• When an unusual transaction pattern is detected
• For large transactions made within 30 days of account creation

KYC verification generally requires a copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

Currency & Conversion

2999 Baji processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, prevailing exchange rates will apply and conversion charges may be deducted separately.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit. The following terms apply to this bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered ×20 before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some games do not contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round is ৳500.

Reload & Weekly Bonuses

Weekly reload bonuses and cashback offers are available for regular members. The terms of each offer are stated separately alongside the promotion. Generally:

• Reload bonuses typically come with a ×10 wagering requirement.
• Cashback is credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn with no wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.

Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing sham bets, or money laundering — is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

RNG & Fairness

All games on 2999 Baji run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. Every game outcome is entirely random with no predetermined patterns.

Technical Issues

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical error during gameplay:

• If the game has completed successfully — the result is final.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a server error, the wager will be refunded.
• 2999 Baji reserves the right to correct any payouts that result from a software error.

Sports Betting Special Rules

Additional rules apply specifically to Sports Betting:

• If an event is cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match is played at a different venue than originally scheduled, bets remain valid — unless stated otherwise.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• 2999 Baji reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Identity Fraud: Operating an account using another person's information.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing artificial bets to qualify for bonuses.
• Hacking & Cyberattacks: Attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Software Manipulation: Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Collusion: Collusion between multiple players.
• Underage Accounts: Creating an account for anyone under 18 years of age.

Temporary Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended in the following circumstances:

• Delays in submitting documents for KYC verification.
• If an unusual transaction pattern is detected.
• Suspicious login activity flagged for security reasons.
• When you voluntarily take a temporary break through a responsible gaming request.

Permanent Closure

An account will be permanently closed in the following cases:

• Involvement in the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• If the use of false identity or fraudulent documents is proven.
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

Self-Exclusion

Any member may close their account at any time. Eligible balances will be available for withdrawal prior to closure. Please submit your account closure request to the support team.

• A game being interrupted or incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions during unexpected system maintenance or upgrades.
• Any losses resulting from issues with your own device or software.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account — if your password is compromised due to your own negligence.

However, if you suffer actual losses due to a technical fault on 2999 Baji's end, we will make every effort to provide appropriate compensation.

2999 Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Will be announced clearly on the platform.
• A minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Continued use of 2999 Baji after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
